First Wild Camping in Wales

After changing from years of caravanning to our new motorhome(purchased in Oct 09) we decided to go to North Wales for new year. We had already wild camped for a few nights since Oct around the South West and we are loving the whole experience.
(wondering why we didn't change to a motorhome sooner!)
On arriving at the car park in Betsw-y-coed to consider an overnight stop(as suggested on this site) we were welcomed by fellow wild campers. We had a good chat and we would like to say thanks for all their advise and comments.

Your very welcome skywalker family, and may you all enjoy many more years of wildcamping. Nice to meet you all, and welcome to the site.

Happy Camping:)
Bill.

Done the same as yourselves. The motorhome option is so much easier. But I may have to go back to a large tourer one day for the extra room. The big campers are too expensive for me.

Hi Pioneer

Yes we have stuck on stickers thanks.
Just about to post a new overnight stop pub in Dorset on the site. Stayed in car park of The Brewers Arms overnight last weekend for free. Very welcoming and great pub food.
