Hello,

In this game, someone can win £50 for finding my location and claiming the prize. Here are the rules:

  • You must come to my location to claim the prize.
  • If I am not available there is a notice in my hab door window explaining how to claim.
  • This game runs from midday on 9th January 2018 and ends at 1800hrs on 11th January 2018.
  • I will post clues regularly on Wildcamping.co.uk, Motorhomer.com and Facebook. They may not be the same clues on each medium.
  • There is only one prize and I will post as soon as it is claimed.
  • If the prize is not claimed it will roll over to the next "find Admin game".

Here are the first clues:

1) It took me over six hours to arrive at my destination, but I had to collect the motorhome from the storage depot. I also stopped for fuel, gas and a meal break.
2) The location is a Wild Camping POI from the POI database.
3) It was windy here last night.
4) My motorhome is visible from the main road (I have not hidden it)
5) At this location, I could either park on grass, hardcore or tarmac.
6) I am between 150 and 250 miles from my home in Henley-in-Arden.
7) The last 8 miles of my journey was on mainly single track roads.
8) There are other motorhomes here with me.

I have given quite a few clues there.

I always think of single-track roads as the ones with passing points and single-lane roads as the normal ones with two-way traffic.

Single track: A road only wide enough for one vehicle.

I walked to the cafe this morning and had a lovely bacon and egg roll and a latte. Then I popped across the road the local store.

Where is the photo you were going to post at lunchtime ?

Thought I'd sussed it from the clues, but the mention of a cafe and shop shot that idea down in flames.

Clue 3 - It was windy here last night.

He's not round here ..... I'm out. :(

South Coast of Devon was windy last night ..

How much was the bacon and egg roll and what did you buy in the shop. Oh and which way was the wind blowing.

I had to cross the legendary pub car park to get to the Cafe from where I am parked.

roll = £4.50
I purchased a bottle of water
The wind was blowing towards me

I think I may know exactly where you are but I will keep stum no strike that remark as no shop but I have now isolated 4 pubs down single track roads most would cost me a lot more than £50 to drive to ro check if admin is there lol.

I know I’d want a full breakfast flat cake for that price lol.

The cafe did not sell cooked breakfasts, there were none on the menu. The closest was a bacon or sausage roll.

It did, however, sell bottles of slow gin.

There was a nice shop near the cafe selling crystals and other mystical items (one of a few here) but it was closed until February.
