Ok here goes…

Starting at the front and moving round (outside) Engine 2.5 diesel, good solid engine, cam belt was changed last year 14.10.2011 at 44411 miles at a fiat main dealer, I have the supporting paperwork/receipt and this will be given to new owner, No oil leaks or water loss, Gearbox (5 speed) and all running gear is all in good order and is fitted with power steering. Thatcham cat1 alarm/immobiliser fitted (paperwork also included)

Driver Side:

Passenger side:

Fiamma full length sun canopy – (we just need the sun!!) Ariel brackets for use with external ariel (brackets included) large upright window with fly blinds and screen, slide out stowage locker with external tv ariel connection point inside, large window with fly blind and screen (over kitchen area) entrance door with fly blind (external step included)

Roof:

Heiki sun roof with fly blind and screen, opens up for air movement and brings in lots of light, 2x other roof vents, 1 above cab and 1 in bathroom, omnimax ariel

Inside:

Above the cab is a massive sleeping area, two adults have more than enough room for a comfy nights sleep, I’ve used it myself but the kids prefer to sleep up top!!
Bathroom contains a cupboard for towels etc above the toilet, then you have the normal sink with cabinet above and shower etc, mirrors are hinged with stowage behind.

Next a large cupboard used for clothes with hangers and a shelf at the top, x1 240v socket, clothes airers x2 included, Fire below, Next is a large ‘L’ shaped lounge area that makes into a double bed, there are also x2 seatbelts (factory fit) controls for the water heater are in this area, water heater runs on gas and 240v. moving round is the TV area, with lots of 240v and 12v points, next is the cooker with oven and hob the wife assures me this all works as it should although I have never used it :) The fridge works well and happily chills beer to the required temperature, works on 240v or gas and 12v when engine is running. Sink above with hot and cold running water.

I think that’s about it, I hope all this writing has been helpful, I have tried to describe as best as possible, I do have lots of paperwork in an A4 folder the thickness of the old yellow pages that will also go to the new owner, Also a full set of spare keys, I’m sure I’ve missed loads off so feel free to ask any questions about anything you would like to know.

Lots of stuff included ie the waste bin, gas bottles, cutlery draw, pots & pans, fire extinguisher, free standing table, cloths airer, spirit levels, levelling ramps, leisure battery, traction aids, hook-up lead etc etc…

I am in Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10
