Why oh why did they decided we needed and electric awning! As I rarely use mine to crank it in and out a few times a year would not exactly be a hardship, however as it was on the van when I got it maybe someone who also has one could give a hand. Is it meant to unroll in such a slow fashion and when retracting it is painfully slow. Battery not a problem so assume it is the motor / gearing.

I would just like to know if this is normal or not from someone else who uses the electric version.

I do wish some motorhome designers would heed the words of Tommy Sopwith, a great engineer. "Simplicate and add lightness"!

I had one some years ago and yes, it was very slow but never flattened the battery, maybe it's designed not to catch you out.

The electric yawning saga..... the Fiamma F65 electric awning has now evolved from dead slow to just dead. I cannot find a wiring diagram or any information about it and kind of hope someone out there has something that can help me. Before I start taking panels out to trace the wiring are there any relays involved? Cannot seem to find which fuse it runs off either. Maybe I just use the handle from now on, it does irritate to have something that should work but decides to stop just to annoy me.
