Fiamma f45s help please

We have a fiamma f45s awning on our van.
When you wind it in as it gets to the last bit to go back into the cassette it is a tad low and needs a lift to line it up.
Can it be adjusted? I’ve read about tightening the canvas on a click wheel at the end of the awning but unless I’m mistaken isn’t this if one side is sticking out further than the other?
It’s not sticking out it’s just a bit low throughout its length.

Mine has been out about 8mm since we got it 5 years ago. Sometimes it winds right in, others not, but it always pops out the same amount after a while, so I stopped messing with it.
