Just had publicity in the post box reminding us of the annual midsummers Fete de la Musique. The one here in our village is on the 20th June and starts at 1100hrs with a free apéritif.
Best one we ever attended was at St Malo. Great atmosphere with diferent types of live music being played in the streets throughout the town.
So if you happen to be in France around these dates there's bound to be something going on where ever you may be.
