Ferries from Greece to Cyprus/Israel

There have been no direct car ferry links from mainland Greece to Cyprus/Israel for the last 10 years.

There is a petition at Bringing back the ferry lines between Israel to Cyprus and Greece - PetitionBuzz to try and persuade the authorities to get the ferries running again.

Having the Greek ferry option to Cyprus saves 1250 miles on a trip from the UK.

would you really want to catch a ferry to israel these days ?
doesnt having their stamp in your passport cause other problems at a later date.did used to.
think tunisia ,libya. egypt is off the cards these days as well.
we are surrounded by wars it seems .

Having an Isreali stamp in your Passport still causes loads of problems. Best thing, have two Passports

We have used the ferry three or four times in the past both in the camper and the car. Cyprus was our destination. There are a few campsites but it was then wild camping heaven

re israeli stamp

at boarder they will stamp acard and staple to pasport so everyone happy .
