Well folks its that time of year to come out the cocoon and get out and about. I dont use the motorhome much in spring summer but love autumn and winter. Given the ravages of COVID Ive decidied to go crazy and finally use the Adria as its intended. Been to Wales and the Peaks District in Set. Next its Seahouses in two weeks. Then its photo time! Studly Royal for a weekend, then last week on October its goodbye missus and of to Leicester for Red Deer Rut. A dive to Norfolk follows for seals of which im pretty good at photographing. Turn round and head to North Yorks for landscapes then pick up the missus in Durham and time in Northumberland. December, Lincolnshire for more seals maybe. January Scotland for Red Kites then two weeks off. Cant go to Iceland due to Covid so maybe landscapes in Scotland

You really dont recognise what you miss till its gone and with COVID and not been able to venture far and cant wild camp I now notice how much i missed the motorhome and taking pictures. The Adrias now all sorted with stuff thanks to folks on here. Money saved and raring to go. Even spending x4 days preparing a report for court cant get me down! And yes im not wilding as I decided to listen to folk around here (and the missus nagging) and am using farms. Please please no national lockdown! And i wont mix with anyone. Promise. Bliss!

I thought you were a woman instead of a tomcat. 😂

You're more likely to see Foxes in Leicester - who I might add are top of the Premiership at the moment. :giggle: You may get to see (or hear) the rut in Bradgate park though.

I too am more of an Autumn/Winter person, enjoy your trips.

Have you seen the Red Kites in Wales?
🤔

Done Argyle and Bute a few times in the past but it’s been a while since I’ve done the east coast and because I’m traveling alone I like to do tried and tested safe locations incase the mad axeman is doing Scotland at the same time. 😉😉
