European Toll Badge

Hi
I have been trying to obtain a toll badge through Ulys in France but it seems that they now take a 240€ deposit which is returned at the end of the contract!!!
They never used to do this.
Has anyone come up against this or maybe can point me in the direction of another supplier?

We have just returned from France and used our debt card on the tolls very easy and it was quicker than the tag queue on some of the tolls

Maybe, but such a nuisance to reach for the slots for the tickets and cards.
Although I am LHD my wife often has to get out and go to the machine!!

Have a look at Tolltickets.De, we used them for Scandi toll tag and I think they do most countries toll tags.

Is this quite different from EU motorway tag system?

This is the badge that gets you through toll booths without having to stop and pay.
Nothing to do with Swiss or Austrian badges if that’s what you mean.
