Just thought I would let you know we have unused Frequent Traveller tickets. After emailing them a few times stating that due to the current situation we will not be allowed to travel. Our tickets would run out in September. They initially offered us a three months extension saying that they would review the situation in September . We received an email today out of the blue saying that we have now been an extension for our remaining tickets of 12 months. We are very happy with that.

They seem to be a great company to do business with. I booked a trip a month or so ago, changed my mind, and my ticket was extended by 6 months, or until I wished to use it. We’ll see next week.

I have had to change our tickets several times in a row in the past when Dave was ill and had to keep rebooking. They really couldn't have been more helpful! Also gave me a cash refund for our return trip this time when I rebooked as we travelled out with our dog but not back as she died. When the lady was told we wouldn't need her ticket she immediately refunded, which I wasn't expecting!

We had an email today from Eurotunnel telling us that our last two crossings which we couldn’t take ( account expired at the end of March) would now be extended for 12 months.
That’s out Christmas trip to the UK sorted then........hopefully....😷
