Anyone else moved from a Ducato euro5 to euro 6.
How do you find performance and fuel consumption.
I reckon its more refined than the euro 5 and its early days but the fuel consumption looks marginally better.

cheers.

I've found opposite. After 10,000 miles getting 30 mpg. Whereas with previous euro 5 was getting almost 32 mpg after 20,000.

According to the computer we averaged about 37mpg on our trip to Denmark, 2017 Peugeot Boxer Euro 6 engine. The 2008 Citroen Relay Euro 5 used to be between 34 and 35mpg.

According to the manufacturers there is a slight improvement in fuel consumption.
But what surprised me was my previous euro 5 150bhp engine seemed less powerful than the euro 6 equivalent.
I had read the opposite online, that they have less torque.

But this engine seems more refined and has more power.
Possibly it’s due to the fact that they are different vans, but they are both 3.5t models.

Thanks for replies.
