I must confess I'm not a soccer enthusiast, I prefer to follow Rugby Union on the basis of - "A game for hooligans played by gentlemen", but I do try to support our International soccer games on TV and I was dismayed at the lack of security during the the England v Italy match, they allowed a man, wearing a black suit, who was displaying mental health problems, to remain unmolested, dancing around at the edge of the pitch, waving his arms and gesticulating, which would obviously distract the players, I was surprised he didn't strip off and streak across the pitch. If I had have been in charge of security I'd have had him escorted off the field and given a good "lamping" on the way out.
