Much obliged for the good advice. I shall do this now. I'm fairly new to the site so all assistance is gratefully received.

I feel the best way to sell this sort of item is to make sure its ready to go so a purchaser can buy it and use it the same day, so include any bits like gas bottles etc.
Drive it to a nice location on a nice day and take some good photos.
Do a list of any bad points like things that are broken or damaged.
I have found in the past that by spending a few quid and fitting new carpets and a few cushions I have sold very quickly, a lot of people just dont want to do any work and if it looks good they would assume its been well looked after.
