En Route To Germany

https://ibb.co/hYdtJ8g Unusually for us we had a plan, we were going to Germany to follow the Romantic Strasse, [road ]we set off from Dover to Calais, we stayed the first night in the UK at the Dover Patrol monument at Dover, this monument commemorates the work done during the war by our Naval and civilian forces protecting the Channel ports,good place to Wild Camp but a bit bumpy getting there, great views across the Channel to France if a clear day. We now use the Dover P n R facility as we love that for a few nights before getting the Ferry. Our route to Wursberg where we think the Romantic Strasse starts is a bit windy as we seldom go in straight lines hee hee but we generally end up somewhere, The Romantic Road is great, full of wonders, try it sometime.
