emptying toilet and waist water legally

ok this question may have been asked before so forgive me for asking it. I havnt done any wild camping yet but hope to in the near future. my question is: what do people do when it comes to emptying toilet waste and waste water legally?

also where do people fill up there MH with fresh water?

Toilet empty - you can empty in public toilets or use MH service points on sites for a small charge. Or spend a night on a small site to empty and recharge everything.

Water - Garages, graveyards, public toilets + loads of other places. Or use the MH service points or spend a night on a small site as above.
