Having electric toothbrus at home didnt take for use in van as it was 240 volt only rechargeable.Lidl are doing a rechargeabltooth brush that come with a case with a built in USB charger just thought i post this as seen a few thread regarding ghaging them
 
i use battery powered toothbrush.....uses 2 AA batteries.....works just as well as eec powered toothrush......batteries last for months........no problems when away in van......sorted

I too use one powered by 2 Aas when away, can't believe how long they last. MSW inverters do destroy rechargables.

Thats useful. Mrs D uses them and has knackered two in the past until we realised that inverters break them. A USB charged one would be really useful. Cant find a link though as Lidl are hopeless at putting stuff online. Did you see it online or in store?
 
Just a cautionary note don't plug your toothbrush charger in a modified wave inverter.

thats why i got this one it use a usb lead in the case and come with usb lead 2 pin charging station
three pin usb charger 4 heads so should last me a while then take it back in years time and get a new one when they in again lol
