Used site a number of times, cost of bus into Edinburgh very cheap.If it’s for a weekend break Mortonhall caravan site not the cheapest but it’s always a favourite of mine for visiting the city good bus links and some nice walks.

City centre parking zone is not massiveAny suggestions for stops that we can access the city from paid or WC ?
That’s the boy for us thank you £8 return to city centre on the train and a ride over the fourth bridge, topped by a viewIt might be too far out but Burntisland has a lovely monobloc car park next to the beach, approx 40 minutes on the train into Edinburgh.
If you are looking for a restaurant, we stayed at Burntisland last weekend and had a fantastic meal at The Sands Hotel. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the leisure centre.I'm actually about to board a train, and you are right, off peak is under £9!
