Ducato under engine panel

Has any one got a Ducato based motorhome, year (around) 1999 preferably a Hymer but not necessarily so, could you nip outside and look under the engine to see if you have a moulded panel covering the under side of the engine, are all the pulleys exposed or covered by the panel. I have just had my vehicle serviced and I could swear there was a panel covering all the belts on the right hand side . Thank you in antisipation
