ducato 1993 cab heater switch

the switch has gone and we dont know how to remove it so we can put a new one in.its the variable speed one .

I also have a 1993 Hymer c class I have had a look at mine and it seems for a start that you have to remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the heater facia and prise the knobs off heater control levers this should allow you to pull the facia forward and gain access to the back of the switch.
I have not had to replace mine but this is how I would approach it
