As above. But DucatO not the motorbike
This appears to be different than Boxer.
Tried the hold accelerator to floor then pump brake pedal 6 times.
Reset - Doesn't appear on the LCD menu.
Any one know ?

It is the Orange spanner light bottom left in pic. 1562064888218.jpg

Thanks Phil.

That's two more ways, tried.

Sadly not the one.

My menus don't come up with the cfg 1 ,2 ,or 3 option as is often referred to.

I think it is a 2011 model year Ducato x250

Think you,ll need a ecu reset as after turning off the lite you still need to reset the service interval
I use multiecuscan

Thanks Wtzend I hoped you'd chip in , I can't reset the light with my OBD2 software,
I gonna have to buy Multiecuscan too, I see it's 50 euro from their website , I have the Hardware already.

My Dakota is X250 based and I had this illuminate last year. After several years ownership and annual oil changes and services it transpired that the service indicator had not been reset.

It cannot be reset using consumer OBD2 readers.

The good news is that, as I found mentioned on the web, it does eventually go out of its own accord.

No action required, unless (perhaps) an MOT is due and the tester regards it as a problem ...

I agree, I bought the full version of Multiecuscan a few years ago and reset my 2012 x250 with no problems; you may be able to do it with free version?

I have the free version, with does little other than scan and give Engine details etc, it's not possible to do any adjustments/resets with it.

I'm off on a trip around Holland soon so I'll see if I do enough miles for it to reset itself as I have read others find it does. I did the oil change so no worries there, just the annoying orange Spanner

YouTube is a link to how you do it on my Citroen Dispatch. Since Fiat, Peugeot and Citroen collaborated on both this and the larger van, they might share the same technique. Just a stab in the dark but HTH. Geoff

So it does go out on its own, after about 500 miles the warning Spanner light and OIL reminder both stopped appearing on the display
