Double yellow lines along the beach

I saw some photos posted some time ago by some guys who stayed overnight in their camper just on the beach. However, there were double yellow lines running along the road the beach was on. Can you get moved on for doing this, does anybody know? Or do the rule literally apply to the roads only?

The lines apply to the road, however there may be separate rules that apply to the beach.

.... Just make SURE that you park well above the high-water mark before you go to bed !! The Coastguards and Inshore Rescue people take a dim view of MH's sailing around at night without proper Navigation Lights showing. hehehehe :boat:

I live by the beach and the yellow lines apply as normal. Except where it states from a certain date and time. At the moment I am not bothered with yellow lines as we are in Gandia enjoying 28º though today was quite cloudy. Yesterday, on the way to Alicanti we had hail stones up to 1inch deep. Wierd weather. All on WC have a great summer.
