Double skillet usagei

Any tips on double skillet. Time of cooking meat, veg. Say i was cooking beef, is stock added or dry pan etc. Any recipes or method?

Stock or not is up to you they used to come with a trivet if cooking dry. We usualy add stock good for stews and roast. Just use low heat an defuser keep an eye on it you,ll soon get the hang of it
