A place to stay before crossing to Skye? The waters edge at Loch Cluanie(A87) looks welcoming. Below the sandy shoreline lies a treacherous peat bog waiting to suck you in!!! However, if you do get in trouble there's a great recovery team with an old Scammel at Kyle.
