Dometic/Seitz Mini Heki Replacement

Hi all, energetic fun and games at 2am this morning and unfortunately not of the rumpy pumpy variety!

I woke up to a sudden storm and the sound of one of my mini Heki roof lights being torn off the roof and skidding across the tarmac. Running around half dressed looking for something to stop the rain coming in, I finally wedged a pastic table in place and went back to bed, soaked to the skin. Poor dog didn't know what had happened and was terrified, he doesn't like thunder at the best of times but combined with the rain pouring in and me charging around swearing, poor fella wasn't at all happy and hid in the cab footwell.

The roof light is a Mini Heki 40x40 and luckily the actual frame is still intact as are the plastic pins which allow the dome to hinge open. So ideally I'm just looking to buy a perspex dome and the locking arm, but might be as well buying a full assembly even if I don't use the frame.

Looking online the Mini Heki is listed under both Dometic and Seitz brands. Are these the same? The only markings I can see on my dome are the letters SP1416.

It looks identical to the one on eBay below. Any advice as to whether there are different types of these things would be much appreciated. Anywhere I can get a dome and an arm for less than the price of a full assembly, any suppliers doing discounts to members?

Leisure shop direct sell spare parts for these including just the dome
Dometic Mini-Heki style Rooflights and Spare Parts | Leisureshopdirect

Might be cheaper to look at caravan breakers though.

At £78 for the dome and £21 for the "operating bar" (the ends snapped off during the unfortunate incident) or just over £100 for the full unit including the frame, I might as well buy the whole assembly and have some spare bits left over. I could even stick the frame back on eBay and hopefully recoup some of my costs.

Used about half a mile of duct tape putting it back together and sticking it down to the roof for the time being. It's probably a lot stronger now than it ever was!

I bought a complete mini heki 40x40 last month from O’Learys for £94. Not sure if there would be postage on that as I collected. Ring and ask how much for the parts if they have them, it’s an Aladdins cave there
