Dog Passport for Ireland ???

Morning, may seem like a stupid question :eek: but would we need dog passports to go to Ireland :confused:

We have three small dogs so if it's the same as France etc then the cost would be too prohibitive :eek: re visiting vets on way back.

Not needed:

From citizensinformation.ie -

"Animals coming to Ireland from the UK (or the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man) are not subject to the quarantine or passport requirements. In effect, there is a common travel zone between Ireland and the UK and dogs and cats can move freely within that zone provided they do not travel outside it."

I would love to try out Ireland and now I just need to get some good ferry prices.
