disabled m/h drivers on french autoroutes

any motorhome under 3 metres high and 3,500Kgs or less and is Vehicle Licence Exempt (road tax) and can claim Classe 1 tarif on French motorways
 
I believe that there is also something about twin wheel back axles as well. Single = good --- Twin = costly. This applies even if you have some form of disability exemption - But I may be wrong

Category-2 vehicles adapted for carrying disabled people (as specified on registration papers) are considered as belonging to category 1.
so may be you are right
but the only info i can gather is again from them ,,,,

Vehicle with overall height from 2 to 3 metres and GVW not exceeding 3.5 tonnes
Train with overall height from 2 to 3 metres and GVW of towing vehicle not exceeding 3.5 tonnes

may be this covers what you say?but can find no info on the amount of axels
