Dilemmas

I DO NOT want to open wounds, rock the boat, or whatever .................. but this is a bit sensitive so any guidance and/or advice would be much appreciated – Particularly from Admin

Once we are into June I will be reviving the Highland gathering thread for the meet the weekend of 17th July, and I will be PMing as many of the possible particants, who responded earlier in the year, as I can. However the numbers are already dwindling and things seem to have changed somewhat since it was first under discussion. I find a number of people are not available to contact by PM. Some are now “guests”, “free members” or “Junior members” and one has been “banned” More than half the members I hoped would come are now not available on PM

It may be that ex-members (or those who no longer visit the site) may or may not still want to be involved. The first dilemma is this:
Can they take part in the gathering if they wish to do so, and if so, without breaking any protocol, I may need help in communicating with them. Suggestions please.

Following on from that one, if the numbers are very low would anyone object to me asking motorhomers not (yet) involved in this forum?

I appreciate any help on this.

I'm sure that said members will find a way around these problems Mag, but only if they want to.

I'm sure that any members past or present will contact you whatever the climate on any forum.

if you go to other site mags and put same post! you not abusing,slagging etc anyone!just trying to mintain a neutral interest in keeping the said meet alive and groups interested in the same thing together!

i'm sure peeps would have took note of your website and may contact you through that, i can tell you some of them are on other sites, we will be visiting you either Sunday or BH monday after the Jim Clarke Rally, will have a chat then, have to be careful what we say on here, nudge nuge wink wink
