Murvi down in Devon have fitted them in the past in the morello. With the new Fiat ducato having a 20 gallon fuel tank it makes sense.

i have just googled diesil heating and cooking boy what a eye opener i have been thinking of taking out my lpg blow air heating and replace with a eberspacher as red diesel is alot cheaper than gas but there seems to be better diesel heaters out there some of which need no electric or battery to run.more things to get my head round.

Gordon i have just collected my new Murvi fitted with a Webasto dualtop RHA102. Initial trials ( 1 week ) indicate that it is more frugal with diesel and electricity than our old eberspacher. it also delivers 7.5 kw of heat at the outlets.

hi dezi just looked your heater up looks good but i don't want 240v lecy or gas but boy thats some heat output talk about warm as toast lol

Gordon,

The Webasto runs off diesel ( or mains if hooked up ) The new Fiat ducato has a 20 gallon fuel tank, so it makes a lot of sense. Apart from the initial startup, power from the batteries for the fan is very low. Aaaaand it has a cunning plan in its armoury - frost protection. When this mode is selected it keeps the interior at about 10 degrees even if it drops to -20 outside, the diesel or mains consumption is minimal the fan runs silently at half speed - brilliant.
