We had to postpone our ferry yesterday from Newhaven.
We were expecting being charged for the alteration but being as the new date was the same price we were not charged any extra.
They also did the same last year for us.
That is what you call good customer relations.

Excellent company to deal with . Had to cancel because I'd forgotten dogs worming !
Got ferry following evening, no charge
 
Had to cancel last year due to family matters and also had to alter dates again family issues ,our agent was Stephan and he was abso brilliant which is why we are loyal to dfds second to none imho but the coffeee is crap on board Fiona always send them moans about it 😀😀😀👍
