I have. I'm meeting her for a coffee on Tuesday, actually, while she's over her on some of her charity business. I wasn't going to ring her, but then I watched 'Disclosure' again the other night, and that swung it.

(PS Do you realise that if she'd ever married Elton John - he was married to a woman once - she'd have been Demi John? Don't think it would've worked somehow...)
