This all started about 3 months ago when i received a fine for parking on the beach when i went fishing at first i thought it was one of my boys silly jokes so i just left it till the 2nd one came, so my boy said he had nothing to do with it and just take all you paperwork down and sort it out. After one hour sitting there explaining everything they said ok dont worry about it. The next thing i get was a court order. This week i went to the courts with a Spanish friend to translate that way i thought they might think poor old sod dose not understand Spanish law, By the way the bill was nearly 2,000 euros now. In court the first question was do you know what this sign means yes no motorhomes, then is this a photo of your motorhome Yes and No the van is mine but it is not a motorhome, So i showed them the paper from the ITV your MOT saying cannot register as motorhome, Then he said do you sleep in the van yes if i am to early to start fishing the same with my car i sometimes sleep in that if i am early, The officer that took this photo said he saw you asleep in the van when he looked through the window. Got you now. Sir if you look a the photo my van is a X ambulance and the windows are all blackout and there is curtains the other side this i done when my van was broken into and my fishing stuff was stolen . So i think the officer made a mistake seeing me asleep in the van the time on the photo was 9,25 and by that time i was on the beach fishing. Waited outside the court for 10 minutes then called back in to be told case dismissed. As i was leaving the judge looked at me and said have a nice day and good luck with the fishing in Very good English
