Did have reception problems in France with Tiekom . To be fair my Vodafone sim was struggling a bit too . Don't remember having a problem previously. Not as bad as tiekom though .Tiekom is still better value and 400gb in Spain, 200gb rest of EU.

Yes but you'll need to add in the cost of a VPN if you want to use I Player etc. Reading on some other forums it seems these can be glitchy, slow, and content providers are detecting a VPN is being used and refusing access. Still might go for Tiekom (used them a few yrs back) but will certainly look at this new offering. Around 100gb is enough for me. I wouldn't bother in the summer, but going away in January and it gets dark early so nice to have a bit of tv.Tiekom is still better value and 400gb in Spain, 200gb rest of EU.

Vodafone was usually good in France. Can't say Im fussed about using iPlayer as ill just download anything I want to watch but the poor reception reported in France on Tiekom is a bit off putting. I always found Vodafone roaming good in France because of all the partner sites but that was before we lost the EU wide free roaming.
If you are referring to https://www.rwgmobile.wales/webshop/data-only/unlimited-data-only-sim-£45-month-esim-available/, there is no reference anywhere to EU roaming; I think that it is extremely unlikely that unlimited data is available for EU roaming. Also worth noting that RWG's fair use policy permits the tethering of only one device at any given time. My router regularly has my phone and tablet tethered, plus satnav/multimedia device when route planning/driving, sometimes laptop or TV, as well as my partner's devices when she is with me, so the fair use policy rules out RWG for me.Vodafone was usually good in France.
I would be checking RWG deals .
£45 for unlimited data .
Variety of other deals

Both correct , was confusing RWG with Reglo !They do a plan with 200gb of data for roaming so I suspect you are right as its £60 a month still making Tiekom cheaper. Of course the million dollar question is which one works the best out of them all?
Unlimited mins, SMS & Unlimited UK Data plus 200GB EU data £60/month
Our £60 SIM gives you a combination of unlimited mins, unlimited SMS & unlimited UK data plus 200GB EU roaming data per month. This will renew each month until cancelled. EU Roaming is capped at 200GB per month. Not for commercial use.www.rwgmobile.wales
Yes, Réglo Mobile are currently offering 350GB + unlimited calls and texts for €14.80/month (+€5 one-off payment for the SIM card), but only 35GB is fully included in the €14.80 lump sum; the balance up to 350GB is charged at €0,0018/MB, though this may be EU roaming; they're not 100% clear..Both correct , was confusing RWG with Reglo !
Tried so many options is my excuse .
Haven't checked Reglo deals but they were pretty good previously
https://connectpls.com/ same price but unlimited data in EU with no “fair use” policy.I know this has been discussed endlessly. However I've just discovered that Popit's latest offering, called Sole Roam, now offers 100Gb per month in the EU for £59. Might be helpful to some, including me, to know.
Happy roaming!
Do they give access to BBC IPlayer and Netflix like EE based services do?https://connectpls.com/ same price but unlimited data in EU with no “fair use” policy.
It looks as though they are headquartered in Turkey and deliveries of SIMs and/or devices are faster to Europe than to UK, so could well be a SIM on a foreign network which might pose problems for BBC iPlayer (which certainly doesn't like some VPNs).Do they give access to BBC IPlayer and Netflix like EE based services do?
