I have a Waeco Cruise Control kit for sale.(made in Germany).
It was purchased by me to fit into my last motorhome, but that got sold.
My new van has cruise factory fitted.
It is a very comprehensive kit with all parts required to fit it. The only part I have opened is the instructions for fitting it.

Suitable for retrofitting in all passenger cars and many vans with petrol or Diesel engine

does it come with the kit to fit a sensor to the propshaft , as i have a mechanical speedo ?

Sorry, Its now sold. and yes it did come with prop/drive shaft sensor.
