the first link is to a site in English.

the second link is to a site with a translate to English Button (right hand side, about 1/2 a page down).

A French man explained to me that he didn't need one as all his info was already held on a French data base

Something we just remembered when ordering ours we couldn't email a photo of our doc's as file was to large so sent it as pdf instead which was accepted
