F.y.i. One to avoid…
Messrs Coachcraft and Leisure, Redruth, Cornwall.
Allegedly, the mutt’s nuts when it comes to body repairs.
Had a bit of a ding on the motorhome last week.
I phoned this bunch of monkeys.. No answer.
I e-mailed them, asking for an engineer to assess the damage for insurance etc.
No response.
Phoned again. Some mechanic oik who couldn’t answer any questions, finally answered the phone and went off looking for someone in charge. He was gone for ages while I waited on a cellphone.
Eventually I was cut off. They didn’t bother to call back and I still haven’t had a reply to my e-mail one week on.
And one to recommend:
Morris and Empson in Penzance.
Nice people, helpful, efficient, happy to carry out the work at my convenience.
