We had planned to stay here but our not so good solar and the weather meant we ended up on the site with EHU up the road but I promised the owner I would visit and do a review as it really is a cracking spot. Its a Campra Aire and new this year. Only a couple of miles or so from St Michaels Mount so well positioned for access to both sides of the Cornish coast. Access roads seem ok. A couple of narrow bits but plenty of passing places and its not far to the main road A394 and A30. I would have no problem taking my 8.5m van down there.

The owner used to have a motorhome I believe and it shows as its all planned out very well. Proper Elsan point, good tap right at the entrance. There is even a windsock in case you bring your own light aircraft presumably. Actually, could be useful when deciding which way round to park.

Note. There is no EHU but thats what appealed to me. I really wish there were more large off grid places like this. Its in a very quiet area so no road noise.

Its currently just £5 a night but I think it will go up and justifiably so.

Looks good that. We usually stay on the field behind the main parking for the Mont just as you come into Marazion fantastic spot views are amazing it was £10 a night when we first started going now £20 a bit much for a field with water and waste but it gets cheaper the longer you stay. I’ll need to give this one a try thanks.
