OHs dad had his last week. no side-effects or anything for him.

For myself, if I was offered one, I would take it.

I was going to start a thread, got distracted.
GF got her letter, funny enough she hasn't said anymore about it, she has suffered worse reactions than me in past.
Now the important bit, recently two friends have died as a direct consequence of catching Covid. The first it was very much 'the straw that broke the camels back', he had other health problems and his wife had been doing her best to shield him, to no avail. The second was a surprise, at 89 he was no spring chicken, but had been to see BiL and seemed in good health, the following week he had been getting his lawn mower ready for the season, a week later he contracted Covid from his daughter, a week after that he was in hospital and died from sepsis caused by Covid. This seems to be the way the latest variant is killing people.

Every one i`ve had so far have been Pfizer and i`ve had no reactions at all apart from one slightly sore arm.

That was the second jab and was self inflicted because i never even felt the needle go in so when i got home i had a look and couldn`t see anything so i started prodding my arm and found it  it was then slightly sore for the rest of the day but the following morning it felt fine :)

If they are available to me i`m having them.

I went for the Pfizer viagra and Covid twin jab; when the nurse said, 'You'll just get a little prick', I wished I had stuck with the single Covid jab ...

Steve

Mrs GMJ had her 6th one a few weeks ago.

The side effects from any jab are way better than catching a bad case of Covid so I'll certainly be having mine when it's due.
