The news has overtaken you. Foreign travel could be possible from 17th May. Plus EU saying may open up from June for low risk countries and people fully vaccinated.
Personally I won't be leaving these shores for at least another 12 months. Plenty of great unexplored parts of the UK still to see.

This should materialise before the end of this week.
There will simply be very few "Green countries" !
The "traffic light" system ahas been so well leaked that I expect that to be put in place ..and quite properly so !
