CoPilote MH Vehicle Profile has disappeared !!!

I rather thought this may happen as CoPilote has been updating for a while. I have used the MH profile for years bought and paid for, today it was just gone !!!
This was their reply to my question

Hi Penny,

Thank you for contacting CoPilot Consumer Support.

The RV/Caravan profile that was previously available in Auto and Truck apps was limited in its functionality and not designed to take into consideration dimensions for weight, width or length when calculating a route.

Feedback from users of this profile led us to create the CoPilot RV/Caravan app which provides RV/Caravan safe routing by permitting users to enter dimensions for their vehicle and obtain appropriate routing to avoid low bridges, narrow roads, and weight restricted roads.

Our latest CoPilot GPS update for iOS (Android following soon) benefits from a redesigned user experience that makes it possible for all types of vehicle navigation to be supported from a single app including our fully featured RV/Caravan navigation.

At CoPilot we believe that offering both a limited RV/Caravan profile as well as a fully featured profile in a single app would cause confusion for our users, and therefore the decision was made to remove the limited RV/Caravan profile from existing Auto and Truck profiles.

We encourage users of RVs/Caravans to explore the benefits of our fully featured RV/Caravan profile via a free 14 day trial in the CoPilot GPS app. (Creation of a new CoPilot ID will be required in order to do so)

Has anyone else noticed this or complained !!! I feel I paid for a product and they have taken part of it away without even saying The new app will cost £35.00

I do not believe it !

Are they saying that you put your dimensions in and then it ignores them ?

We paid for this app specifically because you could put dimensions in, and now they want us to buy it again.

I didn't have the truck version just the standard one which had the ability to choose preferred road types and also to be able to enter your average road speed on each road type. This has been removed also, I didn't get much joy from them:

The only way to stop the the app updating is Not to do the update in the playstore and not to reinstall the app.

Do any of the other products have the features that I want? Those are: the ability to select preferred road types and also to set my average speed on those road types?

Since these options were removed in the latest updates, users have complained a lot. The Development Team is aware of that. It is possible that they come up with something but I cannot confirm anything right now.

But No - the feature was removed in all app version with the latest updates.

I am still fighting my corner and being passed from pillar to post. What I was using was the MH profile that had no specific dimensions. It was ok for us. I understand that because dimensions where not specific this wasn’t the best, but I bought and paid for my CoPilote and through the transition they wrote that as long as you updated then you wouldn’t lose your settings. Really !!!
