Does any one no off a shop selling the old style dry fry pans.I Brought one off these about 30 years ago ,they are ideal in van for cooking bacon chicken pork and many other foods.Basically a pan about12 iches wide by 4 deep groves in bottom for collecting fat, but in centre has a3 inch piece upright with holes in top,can be used like small oven on a top ring.

Dry Fry

I remember seeing them advertised in Caravan Club mag's and similar years ago, I'll keep an eye open for them (I always wondered if they worked). You could always try a seach on ebay - there's ALWAYS someone selling what ever I've been looking for! (Perhaps I've just been lucky but it's worth a try).

dry fry

Have looked on ebay ,also always looking when out.The one on web site looks similar but no air holes ,which are located in raised center These do work very well ,use to use all the time when in tent,as only couple of burners.Nice luxsuries of vans ,with every thing nowadays. Thank you for help.will keep looking.

We invested in the large double skillet last year and have used it to cook all sorts, chicken, rabbit, lamb, toasted sandwiches, etc. In fact we use it in the house as well as they are very 'fuel efficient' plus you can use them on gas and electricity which is where they score over the lakeland Romeska oven.

They look like a good time saver and ideal for us without mutch space or a oven in the van ,
Ideal for hedgehog or squirrel ;)

Hi Garry, a few years ago, we had a caravan accessory shop & sold these in our shop. We sourced these from Grove Products, who have since closed down. but any reputable caravan accessory supplier should be able to supply you one.
