Connecting up an Inverter

Got myself a 500W Inverter and a 2nd Liesure battery to boot. Temporarily wired the Croc cables to the Inverter and battery. Pluged TV cable into the Inverter, Bingo, Tv works. Plugged in mobile phone charger to one of the points to charge the phone, yuk!! no power
Any advice how to hook it up so all points have 230v power when the Inverter is switched on. Try laymans english with the tech stuff with me.Thanks David

Hi David & Ann. I don't understand WHY they are not working together. Some Phone chargers do not work with Inverters (very rare). I take it you have tried the charger by itself without the TV being plugged in? If so and it works? Then have you tried to see if both the sockets ARE working? One reason for them not working together could because the Battery is too low in power. ie. discharged. Is the second Battery wired into the Motor Battery (Relay required) for charging or separated?
