'Commercial' Sat Nav

I am thinking of upgrading to one of those sat navs that you can input your vehicle dimensions and I would be really interested in any feedback / recommendations that any of you have.
Ideally I'd be able to load the Wildcamping POI database on to it as well!

The ones I think you are looking for are the TomTom Truck satnavs. They are really excellent as others on here can no doubt tell you.
