city centre motorhome car parks

We often visit cities in Europe and use our TomTom to find open parking spaces. Invariably, we find somewhere out of town and cycle in. On very many occasions we cycle past car parks reserved just for motorhomes. It's as if everybody else has access to a directory that we don't know about.

Is there such a directory or is there a satnav with Motorhome car parks listed as a point of interest category?
