Christmas eve shopping in Malaga

After some info please,will be arriving in Malaga around 2-3pm on my motorbike Christmas eve and will need to get some supplies(food and drink for the 25th)
Does anyone know the situation with food shops open and what time they generally shut.Any advice appreciated.

We dont have a christmas eve as such we call it the kings most of the shops around my area close at 2 on that day but saying that in Malaga you should be ok, on the day of the kings i think you will find shops closed some bars will be open so you won't go hungry, I dont know what way your coming down but check the roads are clear we have already got snow in some parts of the north. have a safe trip
 
Thank you Ken,i will be travelling from Santander down to Salamanca(stopover)then heading down to Malaga.Will aim to get there before 2 if that's a cut off point(ish)
Is the snow mainly in the mountains or does it settle on the lowlands.

Thing is you can never tell the weather here has been funny this year nice sunny morning to day nice and warm then mid day came over dark and had a heavy storm lot of rain for 40 min but getting a bit cold of a night now If you message me the day before you leave i can give you an update on the weather and roads .:wave:

You should find most major supermarkets open until 19.30 on Xmas eve.
 
Thank you spigot,will now be chancing it and someone suggested that I can get some odds n sods in a petrol station if I get desperate.Will have some dry stuff packed somewhere just in case.
 
Lights

If you can be in Malaga after dark the xmas lights are a treat.....Maja
 
Will be staying 4-5 days,so will see the famed lights.
