Run by the PCC.
No facilities other than CDP / water / rubbish bins.
Site is actually a grassy extension of the churchyard – apparently some visitors have objected about the proximity of the gravestones !!! No pleasing some. I had the place to myself (no ghosts) with lovely views of church.
£4.50 / night.

Do you know if this site is open to all, or is it a Caravan Club CL or C&CC CS site?

Yes - Parochial Church Council. There are a few of these.
Yes - you are correct - it is an official CC 5 van site - and v pleasant ...
