Chicken Handi

An Asian classic chicken curry this one, each part of the sub continent seems to have its own variation . It is a one hob one pan recipe but needs a little thought acquiring the necessary spices

I served mine with Naan bread and made enough to freeze a portion, However that didn't happen with my curious neighbour ,She isn't well at the moment so feeding her seems a neighbourly thing to do
