Hi all,
I came across this while looking at Campers on Ebay... I know...
You need:

Reg Number and
MOT test number from VT20 MOT Test Certificate or VT30 Refusal of an MOT Test Certificate (failure notice)

MOT Computerisation - Internet History Request

it should give the M.O.T. history detailing faults or not on the vehicle in question. I tried it on a German import and it even gave the original German reg.

Just done mine, but it only shows details back to 2006, presumably when the computer database started, ( our van is 1991 vintage ).
