Cheap, yes. But it's not the engine I would be worried about, more the tin worm that might be lurking elsewhere...?

A perfect project for the George Clarke series, where someone buys a heap of rust (including Clarke himself) and then basically use it purely as a template to custom build something from the ground up at - more often than not - huge cost! :)
