Firstly I'll own up to being a cheap skate and I should know that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

I saw these 80w solar panels on Ebay 120862128572 on 18th Feb and thought, 'Hell that's too good to miss'. So I ordered one then went back for a second helping and ordered a further two at £22.49 each DELIVERED...

Needless to say, the cash has flown out via Paypal and the listing has vanished. Now in a dispute procedure via Ebay.

Anyone else get suckered?

From a thread on another forum, yes plenty of others fell for it.

Ebay need to do something about these scams as apparently it looked legit.

People have got their money back from this operation.

I know someone who bought two, but after a month got their money back. (After opening a case with Ebay)

Been on Ebay and got the payment for the two panels refunded.:)

Now raised a case for the single panel.

Had £200 taken from my bank account via Pay Pal last Sept. Apparently my Pay Pal account had been accessed by somebody hacking my computer and used to purchase a wedding dress!!!!
Reported it to Pay Pal and they reimbursed my money straight away and took up the investigation.
