Chausson 75. Thinking of buying, any thoughts?

We are considering buying a 2006 Chausson 75 from a local Chausson dealer. 37,000 miles £23, 995. Seems in good condition.

if you have one of these, what do you think of them and any pitfalls to consider? Also, what is the size of the fresh water tank?
 
I have an Oddesee 92 which is virtually the same setup but on a Ford Transit Twin rear wheel drive chassis, They both have a big garage but the Fiat might have a lower carrying capacity. I am looking to sell mine soon to buy a Hymer. but as it has only done 20000 miles so it will get a few more before it goes.
 
I love my Chausoon who are you buying from ? Give a Lee Turners in Bridgend a wide berth.
